Hello there Fit Golfers! Welcome to the second episode of my Golf Channel Latin America Golf Fitness at Home series! 

This is a full follow along workout you can do at home or at the gym with no equipment! 

This week we are training upper body and shoulder rotation

Stay tuned because in the next episode I will be showing you a workout to help you power up your hip turn!

WORKOUT - EPISODE 2

UPPER BODY & SHOULDER TURN

Perform 2 or 3 supersets of the following:

FOAM ROLLING: Pecs, neck, subscapularis, lats

SET #1

Open books - 10 reps per side

Pull Aparts with external rotation - 10 reps

Scapular depressions - 10 reps

SET #2

Reachbacks  - 10 reps per side

Ws - 10 reps

Seated Torso Rotations - 10 reps per side

SET #3

Single arm bent over rows -  10 reps per side

Shoulder external rotations -  10 reps per side
