In Home Golf Fitness Training Plans
If you prefer to exercise at home these programs are perfect for you!
Levels 1, 2 and 3 available to fit your needs and current fitness level.
You will receive:
Your workout will be delivered via the Fit Golfer Girl Smartphone app.
In-app videos with exercise explanations and instructions.
5 week program (1 week to familiarize yourself with the workout, 4 weeks to go at it).
3 workouts per week (scheduled on your preferred days of the week).
Unlimited email support from me!
You will be required to buy about $30 worth of tools to complete your workout (mini bands, exercise band, foam roller, door anchor). Preferred brands and amazon links will be provided.
$40 will extend your access to the Fit Golfer Girl app and your current program for another month.
