In Home Golf Fitness Training Plans
If you prefer to exercise at home these programs are perfect for you!
Levels 1, 2 and 3 available to fit your needs and current fitness level.
You will receive:
- Your workout will be delivered via the Fit Golfer Girl Smartphone app. 
- In-app videos with exercise explanations and instructions. 
- 5 week program (1 week to familiarize yourself with the workout, 4 weeks to go at it). 
- 3 workouts per week (scheduled on your preferred days of the week). 
- Unlimited email support from me! 
- You will be required to buy about $30 worth of tools to complete your workout (mini bands, exercise band, foam roller, door anchor). Preferred brands and amazon links will be provided. 
- $40 will extend your access to the Fit Golfer Girl app and your current program for another month.

Additional Fitness Tools Required:
- Foam roller (Click here to get yours on Amazon) - If you are very tight you might want to consider getting a softer foam roller (Click here to get yours on Amazon) 
 
- Tennis ball or foam rolling ball (click here to get yours on Amazon) or lacrosse ball. 
- Exercise bands (Click here to get yours) This set includes a door anchor. If you buy this set no need to buy the door anchor below. 
- Door anchor (Click here to get yours). This item wont be needed if you have something you can anchor your bands to.
