Hello there Fit Golfers! Earlier this year I partnered with Golf Magazine / Golf.com to create a FIVE WEEK GOLF WORKOUT PROGRAM that you can do at home with no equipment!
Each week I will be showing you exercises that will help you work on the following skills which are necessary for a good golf swing:
Core stability and strength
Glute activation and strength
Upper body rotation
Lower body rotation
Upper/Lower body separation
Exercises and sets for week 4 (Optional: 30 to 60 second rest in between sets):
Deadbug (3 sets / 10-30 reps)
Side Plank Clams (3 sets / 10-20 reps per side)
Half Kneeling Torso Turns (3 sets / 10-20 reps per side)
Windshield Wipers (3 sets / 10-20 reps per side)
Resisted Pelvic Rotations (3 sets / 20 reps per side)
