Grip Strength For Golfers!
Your grip is the only point of contact between your body and the golf club; however, grip strength is an ability often ignored by amateur golfers around the world.
Increasing your grip strength will allow you to grip the club in a way that doesn’t feel strained or forced which will allow you to retain the “feel” that we all want during our golf shots. Additionally, it will make you more efficient at handling the forces generated during the golf swing leading to faster club head speeds, injury prevention, and more clubhead control.
This week I will be showing you some of my favorite “carry” exercises that will work out your core and increase your grip strength at the same time!
