You will receive an updated workout/phase every 5 weeks:
Phase 1: December 4 through January 7
Phase 2: January 8 through February 11
Phase 3: February 12 through March 18
Phase 4: March 19 through April 22
The program will include 3 workouts per week of 30-45 minutes each
15 mins of cardio optional
Workouts will be delivered via the Fit Golfer Girl Smartphone app

In order to complete the program you will need:
1 Foam roller
1 Set of resistance bands
1 Door anchor
1 Set mini bands

If you are working out at a gym, you can use the cable column in place of the bands and door anchor.
